Our books are written, edited, narrated, and published under this label are for all that enjoy reading (and listening to) wholesome and contemporary subject matter. The storylines include issues of our present day, with a little bit of history. These books are for thinkers young and old alike.
Responsibility came at a very early age. I began babysitting at the early age of ten. I was excited to get my first ten-dollar bill. And, I must say I earned every bit! The mother of the child was happy and so was I. I took on my first real job at fourteen. The following summer, I worked as a camp counselor. I guess I have always had a healthy passion for children. Working allowed me to buy my school clothes. At seventeen, I began training as a bank teller. However, that job was not for me. At seventeen, I also graduated from high school. In my first year in college, I went from back telling, to tutoring, to even landing a job with the IRS. Yet children and families were my passion. Hence, I chose to major in Child Development. I minored in Sociology. At eighteen, I landed a job at a college annexed preschool. Nevertheless, that was short-lived because I met Benny on November 10, 1981. He dressed in his issued best. He quickly stole my heart. So, in March of 1982, we were engaged. My mother, sister, Benny, and I were planning a May 1wedding of that same year. We had two months and truthfully we had no other real plans. My mother’s co-workers at Children’s Hospital often offered unsolicited advice. Well-intended doctors and nurses sought to enlighten me. I respectfully listen. However, they did not know me. Nor did they know Benny. I was certain of what I wanted. He was my knight in shining armor, responsible, kind, generous, caring, family-oriented, attentive, and attractive. So I was happy. Hence, I took my knowledge from my schooling and work experience and launched into a family of our own. While doing so, I home-schooled our kids during their formative years. I took up medical assisting as well. Writing has always been a constant. I took online writing courses before they became popular. Working with children, and families in and outside our home have been one of my greatest privileges. Theoretically, my life has never been perfect. Neither has it been easy. But, I could not have orchestrated it any better. My cup runneth over with the blessings that I have received.

I do not consider myself a young person. Nor do I believe that I am an old one. I have experience with both. Because of this, I am a straight shooter. A few individuals have acknowledged this. I believe that genuine respect comes from being real. I have to be honest with the person I look at in the mirror. One of my sons once told me that I was complicated. I thought that meant that something was wrong with me. So, I tried to change and turned myself inside out. Today, I do not dance to the beat of everyone’s drum. Neither do I surmise that everyone will move and sway to my altruism.
What’s more, I have joy. I also have woes. However, few will know the depth of my feelings and emotions.

The books enable readers to view reality up close from someone else’s perspective. They are written in a way so as not to intentionally offend, while still holding to Biblical standards and principles.
I lean towards wholesome values that are biblically moral. I have a great appreciation for things that are inspirational in content. Thus, that is the angle from which I write my pros, poems, and stories. I prefer to use media that is copyright free. I want to be known for words and pictures that have integrity.
